Seattle Symphony Opening Night Gala
The third Opening Night Gala that I planned and designed for Seattle Symphony for the 10th anniversary of Benaroya Hall was, as always, an immense amount of work but an absolute joy to see to completion. A palette of red and gold gave the Grand Lobby a regal air as skyscraper centerpieces filled with tiny goldfish alternated with smaller terrarium style vases overflowing with orange Mokara orchids. Guests posed on a red carpet entrance where "paparazzi" jostled for their pictures then sipped on lemongrass cocktails before a four course meal awaited them in the Grand Lobby.
